It's okay to bring a portfolio containing samples of your work, testimonials, and other career-related items. However, do not force your portfolio upon your interviewer; instead, ask if they are interested in viewing it. If they decline, don’t take it personally; they might just be short on time or it might be too early in their interview process to be looking at candidates’ portfolios.
