INTERVIEW COACHING PROGRAM

1. Take a General Interview Insights Analysis. This report will help you see yourself through the eyes of others and help us identify where your weak spots are. This analysis can be done online any time in the privacy of your home or office and takes approximately 10-15 minutes to do. It will also

2. Your first one-hour interview session will consist of a general telephone discussion in which we'll review a host of different topics, including how to identify and adapt to your interviewer's style, how to handle the unexpected, how to develop a natural sounding mental script, etc.

3. Your second one-hour session consists of a mock interview in which we'll mix in common, uncommon and trick questions to test your preparedness.

This session is taped so that we can go back later and do a thorough analysis of your answers, thus optimizing your investment. If you have any objections to having your interview taped, please be sure to let us know BEFORE we get started.

Following this session, you will receive, on CD, a copy of your interview which will also feature our feedback. Each question will have been broken down according to track for easy reference.

4. The final step is to schedule your third one-hour interview session, which will be a dry run through. At this point you should have received and listened to your custom-prepared CD, and will have begun developing a script for your interviews. In this final hour, we'll run through your script and offer feedback as a final tune-up.
