Our Interview Coaching Credentials

	A Certified Employment Interview Professional (CEIP) is trained in helping clients prepare and be confident for their next job interviewing. A CEIP can help assist you with recognizing the different question categories, building a presidential theme, and leaving a lasting, positive impression. The CEIP credential is granted by the Professional Association of Resume Writers/Career Coaches.

Interview Coaching - Gold

DISC: General Interview Insights Analysis. This report will help you see yourself through the eyes of others, and help us identify where your weak spots are. This confidential online analysis must be done prior to your first coaching session. Please allow approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. 

Sales professionals will take the DISC: Interviewing Insights - Sales version instead. There is no additional charge for this version.

Two Hours of Coaching. During your first session, we introduce you to the different types of questions you might face on an interview. We also help you recognize ways to identify the type of interviewer you’re meeting with and how to reflect their desired style. Finally, we look at developing your unique verbal brand  and show you how to use that throughout your interview to reinforce your qualifications for the job as we work with you to develop a natural sounding script for most any type of question.  

In your second session, we conduct a recorded, mock interview that lasts approximately 30 minutes. The remaining 30 minutes (held on a separate day) is spent listening to your responses during which time we’ll provide you with feedback.

At the conclusion of the program, you’ll receive by mail an audio CD featuring your mock interview responses.

This program must be completed within 21 calendar days from time of order; please allow at least seven business days to complete this program. 

Interview Coaching - Standard

If you are looking for something that’s more streamlined, we offer a one-hour version of our Deluxe program. The basic version consists of an overview of interviewing and concludes with our working with you to develop your presidential message.

This program must be completed within 14 calendar days from time of order. Please allow up to five business days to complete this program.
