Master Career Director Patricia Duckers has a diverse background in writing and business communications.

Pat began her professional career as a marketing communications for industry leaders in the publishing, retail, technology, and engineering arenas. During her time in a corporate setting, Pat repeatedly answered the challenge to write compelling, call-to-action copy promoting consumer interest in products and services.


In the late 1990s, Pat decided to take her career in a different direction to promote the strengths and messages of people because people are more multi-dimensional than inanimate objects.

Since making the full-time commitment to develop strategic marketing material for people, Pat has earned several resume industry credentials, including the prestigious Master Career Director (MCD), which is awarded to veteran career professionals with the vision, tools and motivation to guide clients to repeated success; Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW); Certified Expert Resume Writer (CERW); Certified Military Resume Writer (CMRW); and Certified Federal Resume Writer (CFRW).

Pat has also earned several prestigious coaching credentials such as the Certified Internet Job Search Expert (CIJSE); Certified Web Portfolio Practitioner (CWPP); and Certified Employment Interview Professional (CEIP). 

Pat's goal is to provide personal, affordable, and expert career advice. She has prepared resumes for nearly every career imaginable, including IT, sales, and professional athlete/coach.
